Brew Monday

Today is the Samaritans Brew Monday, reminding everyone to reach out for a cuppa and a catch-up with the people you care about. So, at breaktime, all STAGS staff got together in the staff room for a cuppa, a cake and a conversation! Brew Monday is often known as Blue Monday because it is allegedly the most depressing day in the year, but any day can be a Brew Monday. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Monday morning or Saturday night - if you’re sharing a cuppa and listening, you’re doing it right! STAGS have gone one step further and have pledged to carry out a random act of kindness for another colleague during this month to support wellbeing in the new year.
